Ordering Information
Please fill out PDF order form and email it to anna@annawhitmorewholesale.com or fax it to 707.939.3803.

Necessary Information:
Include item codes, quantity ordered and any size or special order requests.

When placing an order via email, please make sure to include what date the order should be delivered. My current production schedule is 4 - 7 weeks, so please include a date within this time frame.

Please be sure to include a contact name and telephone number.

If your shipping address is different then information filed in this website database, please include.

If you are a new gallery/boutique, please indicate if you will be paying pro forma or credit card for the first order. Please do not submit credit card information via email.

Special Orders:
Special order requests are welcomed. You may see a design that you would like ordered in a different stone, and most likely this request could be completed. So, please ask!

Sizing:
When ordering off my website please take the time to note the standard size that each design will be ordered in; every item description states the size of the item. You may order necklaces, bracelets and rings in sizes different than stated. Note, standard sizes are designed for average to petite women.

Wholesale Terms:
Minimum Order: $350.00
Payment: pro forma or credit card payment on first order; net 30 on subsequent orders with approved credit
Shipping Cost: 5% of order (packages will be sent insured UPS ground)
Production Schedule: 4 - 7 weeks

Order confirmation:
Once orders are received, you will receive a confirmation email (within 1 week), indicating completion of the order process and any questions I may have.
